HEMORRHOIDS

Hemorrhoidal Disease

Although there are two main types according to the prominence of the internal and external hemorrhoids in the vascular bundle, it is mostly seen as the internal hemorrhoids protruding and hanging out of the anus. Hemorrhoids, which are classified as first, second, third and fourth degree, are defined as second degree if they hang out of the anus when pushed and go inside spontaneously, three for those that go in when pushed by hand, and fourth degree hemorrhoids that do not go away when pushed by hand.

Symptoms of hemorrhoids:

▸ Pain, itching, discharge in the anus
▸ Bleeding from the anus
▸ Palpable swelling after toilet
▸ Bleeding with pain while using the toilet is mostly due to cracks, but it can also occur due to external hemorrhoids.

It can also occur after internal hemorrhoids are complicated (blood clotting). Since the complaints of hemorrhoid disease and cancers of this region are similar, drugs should not be used without a general surgery or gastroenterology specialist examination.

There are delays in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of vital importance, in case of using drugs in consultation with their close circles and who hesitate to go to the doctor for privacy concerns.

Diagnosis is made by visual examination of the breech region, if there is no painful condition, by finger examination and by light instruments called anoscopy or rectosigmoidoscopy.

Techniques I Applied in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids:

• Sclerotherapy (needle drying)
• Band Ligation (band strangulation)
• Hemorrhoidectomy (complete removal of hemorrhoids)
• Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy
• Laser Hemorrhoidectomy

Hemorrhoid Surgery with Laser

We perform most of the hemorrhoid surgeries with laser, with our modern technology, the procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes 15 minutes, the patient is sent home the same day, the pain is almost non-existent after the procedure.
